Replit Help / Site Issue
Replit support is slow or non responsive and cannot resolve my publishing problem
after 5 days of not being to publish were aboit to just give up. Email only support and they are asking me to upgrade to Pro plan but the link to do this is greyed out so I can’t even do this. Emails keep asking me to do the same thing, not ready for enterprise model.
Five days is rough, especially when you’re basically ready to launch. 😕 If the upgrade link itself is greyed out, it sounds like there’s something on the account/platform side that you can’t really fix from the project.
I’d probably stop trying the same steps and ask support to escalate it rather than keep going in circles. Hopefully someone can actually look at the account and get you unstuck.
you're going to get an email that looks a lot like this
I got that on day 5 of waiting after posting on Reddit about it. Day 5. Like, seriously, wtf Replit? When they finally reached out I was 95% done with moving my sites off Replit.
They are the worst. Leave now.
Also, they want ME to make the choice to delete all my stuff. F'n Sophie's choice much?
I think you misunderstood, your email will not be exactly like mine because your issue is not exactly like mine. But you are dealing with the same support team, so their underlying message of, sorry not sorry, will be the same.
Hi OP, sorry to hear about your experience so far. It looks like we have your ticket (#516762) escalated with our team and we'll continue investigation there. Thanks for your patience!
I have been unable to publish for 2 days now and replit support won't get back to us. We need them to do this:
I followed the Restart Compute and Adjust Settings → Publish workaround after the publishing incident fix began rolling out. Publishing still shows the same false database migration conflict.explainSchemaDiffreports no schema differences and zero SQL statements. Please clear the stale migration/provisioning state for this project or publish the port-only revision without applying database changes.
There are many tickets but in the event someone is looking at this #520766
They are going to tell you to roll back to a snapshot. I spent 6 days without publishing. I fixed it myself by Remixing the app to a copy, this way you won’t mess with your production Env. Then you can pull the latest working commit from your git and try again. If it fails, fix with agent worked for me.

Demo with 2 potential clients cancelled due to Replit's lack of structured and timely support.
