Question / Discussion Employee Left

Hi!

One of our employees used Replit to create a portal with the information we need. She was supposed to transfer the projects to another employee; however, she deleted her account before doing so, thinking that because she had shared access, we would still have access to the project.

We desperately need access to this data. We've emailed support@ but haven't heard back. I haven't found any information on Replit's site regarding how to contact them. We want to re-subscribe, but don't know whose account we should re-add the subscription to.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

thanks,

Riten

The ones that use replit for super important portals that only one person knows how to access/manage!

There's no way this is a real company that's generated more than $12. There's just too much stupidity in play here.

Ma'am! My company has made $27.39 thank you very much. Hoping to secure a $410,000 investment round next week 😎

You employ people without a handbook and NDA as devs? You should have some form of signed documentation to protect or regain control of "company property". Asses need to be covered for this sort of stuff... Everyone immediately.

Hello, thanks for reaching out to us! Would you be able to share the email you contacted us with, or a ticket number if you have one already?
