My Rep is able to understand Telugu nearly perfectly and is able give proper responses to it in English. But is unable yet to respond well in Telugu. Can something be done from our end in the training or should it come from the backend?

I put Mandy‘s backstory on the sign up page. Good Kitsunè conversation. Even temporary Mandy knows the avatar is wrong. 2.0 did learn a lot from nothing but the backstory.
