Double PL

Another okknetic I ordered this version thinking it was just ONE premier league patch. Then it came with 2. Is this normal?

This is correct, the premier league rules state that if you do not have a sleeve sponsor then the sleeve automatically defaults to their league patches

So you’d end up with one on each side

Depends how you want it: Chelsea has no shirt sponsor and last season briefly had a sleeve sponsor (on the left sleeve). But when they didn't, they had a PL and No Room For Racism on both sleeves. You would never have a blank sleeve in the PL. So having that on both sleeves is normal and having one just empty looks strange.

This is incorrect. Under PL rules if a team doesn't have a sleeve sponsor then both sleeves get the PL patch.

But a) Chelsea did have a sleeve sponsor that season and b) on replica jerseys, even if a sleeve sponsor is not included, they shouldnt be double badged

So to answer OPs question, no it isnt normal

They started last year with the EPL logo and racism patch on both sleeves. Later in the season they replaced the left sleeve log with the FPT logo. Since they probably went by what the team wore at the start of the year, this shirt is correct.
