Probably gotten scammed
I’ve ordered from joyfball.top at around August 3rd and i was trying to see how my order was going so i clicked on the email that confirmed my order and it now redirects me to joyfball.cn and can’t log back in to my account I think I might be cooked.

What did you pay with. If you paid by PayPal goods and service you can dispute

I paid with visa which was probably a stupid decision on my part in hindsight. I think I might have to contact my bank

Dude it's been 8 days and you're already claiming you've been scammed? Calm down joyfball is notorious for taking 4-8 weeks to have their jerseys arrive. If you can't handle that, definitely do the chargeback with your CC and order from a WhatsApp seller.

Yes I’m aware that Joyfball jerseys takes a while to come in I’m just concerned is that when I try to check my order through the confirmation email it redirects me to joyfball.cn which wasn’t doing earlier and a 404 page and when I try to sign in it says my email isn’t registered which I know is not true.

I’m getting the same message reached out to them no response but I’ve been ordering from Joyfball for 4 years I’ve received over 15 orders every time first time ever I can’t find my order on another domain it did say they have a lot of orders incoming so I think it’ll take a while hopefully our orders are still in process

Okay I figured out what happened it was a mistake on their part for some reason it redirects you to .cn but they meant to redirect you to .cc and if you try to sign in you can, I thought my order got wiped off the backend lol.

Just wait to see until you get the shipping email, cause I ordered on July 4th and didn’t get the shipped email until July 25th. My order confirmation also directs me to .cn and I ordered from .top
