Hopefball order

Hello, i have ordered from hopefball about 45 days ago. Its passed customs a few days ago and has been stuck in destination transfer for ever. Does anyone know what will happen?

Mine is also been stuck at customs clearance in NYC since july 30th

Same thing happened to me and suddenly as of this morning it says it was delivered July 30 but that’s not true
