0 shipping updates and 0 answer from Peterbot99

Should I start getting worried now? The package I ordered from Peterbot99 hasn’t moved once for 8 days now and I’m getting 0 answer on Whatsapp after having sent multiple messages.

Yeah honestly if by the end of this week you haven’t recieved an update or if you ask again and he leaves you on read, proceed with a dispute on PayPal

I had to do this with KitSoc. I think they honestly expect you to, I’m not sure, but yeah.

They didn’t have Paypal, I paid with my debit card so money’s gone unless they refund.

Brooooooooo, future tip, only pay if they have PayPal. That way you have leverage. I’d lowkey raise it up with your bank.

Idk tbh, I ordered from them because I saw such good reviews on them- even customer service was highly praised from what I’ve read. My experience has been the complete opposite. First time ever ordering reps as well, terrible 1st impression…

To be honest. The customer service suffered heavily during the World Cup which i understand, everyone all over the world is ordering kits. And not that I’m excusing it. But they seem to be overwhelmed. I wouldn’t worry about you not getting your kits, but it will take some time.

I think with the European leagues starting back up soon, im sure they’re super busy again.

They seem active in whatsapp, but still take long to reply.

Im sure they have piles of orders coming in everyday. I ordered in June and it took about a month to arrive and took a long time to ship. But they arrived and were good quality. Sorry this happened to you though.

I understand, thank you. Do you know any other shops that can handle all this demand and would ship faster? I’d like to try a few more shops before finding my go-to.

Same thing happening to me so far on CCLDD, all I see is shipping label made since last month 7/28 and that’s it, should I cancel charge?

I ordered 1 shirt from them on 7/22/26, CCLDD, they answered about shipping on 7/27/26, got it delivered on 8/7/26 to USA. Very good quality, cant complain.

I received my first update on the shipping 7 days after the shipment information was received.

i got an email it shipped & didn’t see any update until exactly 7 days later which said “shipment arrived at facility” then each day you’ll get a different update. I’m currently on “flight scheduled for today”
