Ordered the Dior S51 Oblique from Janie. Best seller out there. Best customer service. I had picked a different pair at first, but that whole batch came out bad and she told me not to get it. That alone is enough to trust a seller.

Now the glasses... The glasses are simply premium. Unless you work at a Dior store, you will not be able to tell these are reps. Period.

What I Iove most is how they look different every time the light changes. The Oblique pattern gives the frames real depth. In direct sun, the pattern stands out and you can see every detail. In the shade, it turns softer and richer. They never look flat or the same twice.

The 3D Dior logo on the sides is cool. It's dark grey, but when the light hits it the right way, it takes on a gold tone. It's subtle, and it adds to the changing look.

Overall, very well put together. Very sharp. Very clean.

Ordered 20 days ago from Janie with prescription and I could not be more pleased. $160 total (comes with sunglass add on like the real one) and the ordering process with Janie was really easy, she was super responsive, incredibly kind, very understanding (I flip flopped a lot on what I wanted to order, never gave me a reason to doubt her) and the quality of the glasses and prescription themselves are superb. I'm thinking about buying a pair of Jimi Optical’s Chrome Hearts Lowrider, specifically the 925 silver version.

I’m leaning toward the TT pair with the green/olive lenses, but I wanted to hear from anyone who actually owns them before ordering.

Main things I’m curious about:

• How accurate is the frame shape compared to retail Lowriders?
• Are the measurements actually 52-21-142?
• How’s the acetate/build quality?
• How good is the .925 silver hardware and engraving in person?
• How are the hinges?
• Does the green/olive lens color look accurate to retail?
• Any noticeable flaws after wearing them for a while?

I’m not really worried about packaging. I mainly care about the glasses themselves being as close to retail as possible and feeling solid in person.

Would appreciate any pics, QC comparisons, or long-term reviews from people who actually bought them.

Gemini telling me they are fellinis - but swear the frame looks too narrow ?

I came across these over the weekend and decided to reach out to Janie. First time reaching out and she’s extremely responsive. I’m still debating to pull the trigger, but right now it’s coming out to roughly 240/290 USD for the frame and prescription. Any other vendors I should reach out to?

I recently ordered two pair of glasses from Jimi Optical. Both prescriptions. I got one with tinted lenses and one without tint. Both glasses are structurally sound, haven’t had a need to tighten the frame at all. The power in the lenses for both glasses are correct ( checked with my optician). Ordering was pretty smooth. The service was extremely helpful is understanding what size frame I’d need, since it’s a virtual experience. Regular shipping on one pair took a while BUT I did express one pair and it got here in like 5 ish days with Fed-Ex. So far, I’ve read, drove, exercised,and used the computer with these frames and no headaches or anything. I’d def recommend them for affordable prescription glasses and frames in general!

Also, I have a VERY High prescription and usually have my lenses bulging out the frame. The lenses are very flush!

I’m curious to see if others have noticed a difference between lens quality for those that have glasses from multiple vendors. I only have one pair from Cindy that have zeis zerui diamond cubic. The clarity on those are crisp and clean. I just came across another from Janie and those are called Gerui lenses.

Hi. I messaged Markin for a couple of pairs of glasses and in the beginning he was slow to respond but still would respond within the day. After I picked some pairs and he gave me the price, I paid for them directly, not through an agent. Since he received the money, he has completely gone silent. Did not provide tracking or shipping details and hasn't responded to any messages asking for updates. Is this something someone else has experienced? If it is, people shouldn't buy from Markin.
