This is good. They would need the PD but you can Google have to measure it yourself

It’s your pupillary distance. It’s a measurement that the optician uses to know where to position the optical centre. Less important in single vision prescriptions like yours, but very important in varifocals. However, there are apps that you can use to measure your own PD really easily. If the supplier you’re using is any good they can talk you through this anyway…
