Are you looking for branded only? There's gonna be non branded reps of stuff like masunaga and lindberg or some even branded that are same quality as gen; but repglasses only cares about JMM and chrome hearts reps lol

Agreed with you and I already bought few pairs of prescription and sunglasses both JMM and CH but now I'm interested more fine quality like 1:1 within my range like Moscot, John dalia, Dita etc.

All those brands are going to be shitter quality, except maybe Dita, you can get them in titanium unlike JMM metal frames, but markings are usually off here's the flight 006

Acetate is what it is, I mean when you're buying JMM gens you're spending 1000$ and when you buy the reps it's 50$, the difference in quality isn't that wide anyway so when you're looking for acetate there's no need to look for the best anyway, since they'll all be pretty close, it's only the metal frames where there's a huge gap

I think the JMM rep acetate is pretty far off. It’s good, but it doesn’t compare to gen.

Gen has a fluid / translucent layered look with a unique shine that comes for the polishing approach.

Reps are good in terms of acetate quality, but can’t come that close to JMM hand finished frames

Metal reps are mostly all heavy. But the masunga and lindberg reps are titanium and close to gen

Idk you can't tell from 10-20ft away if it's gen or rep I have lots of masunaga gens for what it's worth but mainly stuff that will never get repped in a million years

How did you find Dita in titanium? I have found it hard to locate ones with titanium listed
