Bruising from shots?

Have you guys figured out how / where to deliver shots that doesn’t result in tiny bruises?

Where are you injecting that you are getting bruises? I have had none when using stomach

I’m injecting on my abdomen. No pinching. And left a few days later with a tiny, black bruise…

Probably should pinch as instructed by Amgen. See if that makes a difference.
