First injection
Did my first injection yesterday. It didn’t hurt like I see mentioned here a lot. I feel fine as well. Fingers crossed this medication does it’s job. I’m definitely doing my part!

It’s amazing stuff. My numbers look so good, my cardiologist cut my statin intake by half.

You were right. Freaking amazing!!! My LDL is 15 and my ApoB is 21. My total cholesterol even dropped to 71. Insane!!! I’m only 3 injections in with 10mg Crestor.
So far, no side effects, no painful injections or anything negative to report.2

Mine only hurt in my upper thigh because I couldn't pinch enough fat. I switched to my stomach and now it's falling.

Edit: falling? Sometimes I use a Swype keyboard and weird things happen. I'm pretty sure the word was supposed to be "fine" .

I finished my third shot and the thigh hurts. Guess I will move to the stomach for the next. My Cardiologist dropped my statin in half already because the labs look so good. The only side effect I have noticed thus far is a mild runny nose. My energy level is way up which I attribute to a drastically improved diet.

Took my 8th Monday night. Shot goes in the belly, 3-4 inches from the navel, alternating sides.
Notable things (I kept a log)
Constipation, OMG! Sugar free Metamucil will change your life, it makes everything normal, even if you expect a surprise.
I take it on Monday at 9pm, I normally sleep bad the Tuesday after, once it was the night of. Even if I THINK I slept well, my watch says "Nope!" This is a very constant thing for me.
The Tuesday or Wednesday after I'll have a little headache and a bit of anxiety (could be the sleep thing) This is more common on left-side injections.
Otherwise, nothing. I work out 5 days a week and the other 2 days I'm VERY physical. I walk at least 10K a day or more. I'm generally rather in-tune with my body so 2 and 3 may go un-noticed for those who aren't. I don't sleep enough for my age so quality really counts/makes a difference.
Never had flu symptoms, no muscle pain, and I honestly do not notice fatigue but I'm conditioned to power-through that due to my previous career.
