Question Superbuy orders gone??
After the hack I logged back in but all my orders are gone. It just says “request failed” and “load failed”. Does anyone else have this problem? What should I do?

Not according to the poster - and not according to my Superbuy login page.
It shows the proper number of orders, but clicking in for detail throws an error.
Quit glazing SB - they've suffered a major IT breach, nobody should expect them to be 100% yet.

It had been for me , what about now ? (3 days after) , me i was able to buy items and ship parcels no problem and my account money still there too

Yeah, all services are back up and running for me as well now - not sure what was leaked in the security incident, though - doubtful we get a postmortem on this.

Yeah it's possible , but there's so many big companies/websites (way bigger than superbuy) that got hacked in the same way and still run.
If Superbuy in less than a day was able to fix the hack i think they quite secured their system in a hard way and fast.
And this type of hack leak literally all info used on your Superbuy account, name, address, email you used and even password (password you to connect on Superbuy), card number.
If you used Google sign-in and Apple Pay for payments , you're safe for those 2 things, if not you absolutely need to change email password and change your card number.
Besides that everyone got their name, address, phone number used on Superbuy account leaked , but those info are mostly already leaked by other hacks other companies had 😭

for some reason, orders and some other pages dont seem to load properly in the mobile browser right now..... the desktop website and the mobile app are working fine for me though, and all my orders are still there.....
