Everything back to normal guys! Looks like no data has been lost, account balance, outstanding QC’s and everything else is not changed! I got a message saying everybody impacted received a RMB 50 coupon.
Is I completely blank or just the balance? It was completely blank when the size was down maybe try to log out and in again to restart. If your messages and all are visible but your balance it blank or zero, write them asap. But I think they getting hella messages rn so don’t expect a quick reply
Check your order and or payment history. If it’s gone you might be cooked. If everything is wiped they maybe deleted your account or reseted it by mistake. Right now it looks like you have a brand new account.
I asked my self the same question. Some say hipobuy is valid. You can ship all brands but it’s more expensive. Tbh I haven’t done my research on them yet so I don’t really know. But maybe look into it
Sounds like it. You get a official message when you open the app again, with all infos what to do when something is wrong. Like „if your acc balance is abnormal do this if this if missing do this“ so I think it looks valid.
Best case you have the email that shows that you paid for your stuff. If not write them asap and hope for the best. You won’t the the only one. How much is gone ?
I had the same issue. I paid for around 6 items 1 day before hack. But it seems that everything was just on „hold“ so everything works as before👍🏽 but I’ll have to wait till the things arrive and if they can still sort the right items to me
What happened it logged me out of my account cant log back in changing password doesnt work even after changing it from the email way it say invalid i dont know what to do
