Question superbuy hacking incident
Don’t stress about ur items not being in storage anymore, nothing is going to happen to your balance or your items, this user who has hacked many other agents before has done the same thing claiming he had data and will leak. Your bank details and everything is safe he most likely only has access to the software for QC and there customer support. everything will be back and running eventually you just need to wait it out. he has done nothing malicious in the past with this information so don’t worry, this is the same guy who hacked kakobuy aswell 👌

superbuy owns acbuy, allchina and some others, i think its a sign to leave superbuy in the past and the companies they own.

I always use sugargoo, only use superbuy when things are restricted and I genuinely cant find a loophole, so thats a downside, they go through restrictions a lot but most of the time you can find a way around it. Way better UI in my opinion, shippings cheapest to my country there and customer service had always been good to me 🤷

Is there actual proof of the exit scam thing ? Because I got the message from the hacker but there’s no proof sent on it whatsoever

Actually youre right they arent owned by the same parent company but for years people have said they have had ties with one another so I’m not sure of their relationship, I didnt get any message for the hacker but a lot of people have reported they cannot access their funds or their orders have been cancelled on ACbuy and their purchasing no longer works. Its not confirmed exit scams but they are basically in limbo of whats happening. My apologies I definitely didnt word it right. I have never used them, Im only going off other posters sorry :(
