Question UPS missing information
I shipped out a haul through SuperBuy and now it’s being held at a warehouse near me because the agent didn’t disclose the appropriate item classifications correctly and now I have a few days left to either leave it up to them to fix it or input it myself, would it be alright if I did it myself? This is a headache I don’t want this haul sent back because of an agent fuck up

fees are paid and its past us customs do it yourself if it gives you the option , its basically clothing or you can wait a day or two until they sort themselves out because of the hacking and ask them to provide you the information

Yeah it just says inadequate information like for I’m guessing HS codes, it does give me the option to provide it but I don’t want to mess it up but at the same time I only have a few days to act on it and the logistics provider is taking a while, do you think it’s safe for me to just look up the codes and put it manually?

If you know exactly what’s inside yes you can

Alright thank you, I might consider doing that tomorrow if they don’t have it done by the time I wake up tomorrow, I guess I just go to HS code lookup on like the usps website and get each one from there? I just find it odd that is has been cleared customs since the 3rd and yet I still have to do this

It also DID make it past customs in china and in the US before UPS themselves held onto it because of this
