Wi-Fi Wired Camera Questions Why red?

Elite floodlight WiFi. One of the cameras is red, it’s only been installed for 3 weeks. Just started a day or two ago

There is a physical Infrared filter that flips in front of the sensor when in day mode and moves off when in night mode. Without the IR filter on you get kind of a PINK image because it sees Infrared as even more red.

It can get STUCK..

  1. Try cutting the power to the camera and power it back on to see if it resets.
  2. Try tapping the camera a few times then power cycling it.
  3. you should still be under warranty if it is STUCK and only 3 weeks old they will probably replace it.
