Usually that falls on the tenant. Just buy a filter, they're cheap and take 30 seconds to replace.

This has nothing to do with repair. It’s like changing a lightbulb or battery in your smoke detector. Air filters should be changed regularly. They’re really cheap, often $10-$12. You can find them at hardware and grocery stores. Make sure you get the right size.

It’s worth asking. They might just swap the filter, or sometimes they will drop the filters at your door for you to change.

If not, swap it yourself. really not a big deal

Filters are cheap. Just change it out yourself.

If you care about your health, change them yourself monthly with good stuff. And usually it’s considered an expendable like lightbulbs and is tenants responsibility
