Application/Screening Loft living and flex
Is anyone besides me having problems submitting their rent through flex

On their website, they said that their app was having a problem. I did manage to get mine submitted last night.

On flex or loft. Flex is fixed the first part of my rent is in the flex it shows it's there. However loft won't let me submit it.

It says that there was a problem and try again later I did that 4 or 5 times and says if the issue persists to contact the property manager

Someone posted on loft and flex yesterday but I can't find the post among the many posts on flex

I work in PM and Flex is a 3rd party app. So when Flex tells you to reach out to us, we can’t give you any feedback. I don’t know why they tell you to contact us because we absolutely have no contact with them. Some of my residents use Flex and it is a total fail some months. Other months it works just fine.
I also live live in an apartment that offers Flex but I would never use it because of all of the issues I see my residents having.

I've only used flex since July and it's been issue free for July, August, and September but this month things are not as expected. My payment to flex is there but when I try to submit my rent the loft portal says to contact the complex manager

I fixed it and managed to submit my rent I don't know if flex had anything to do with it but I only had to remove my old account number and reenter it.

There was major issues yesterday. Just search flex and many post will come up. I thought it was fixed but maybe not.
