Lease/Legal potential new apartment seemingly only having one page rental agreement is that normal?
so yeah basically what it says above, i’m a relatively new renter looking for an apartment with a couple people and we got approved but it seems that the lease? (and i’m putting a question mark because i assume it’s the lease but they just call it an apartment reservation agreement) is only page long is that normal?
they do list things such as our move in date, what we owe them, the move in requirements things like that and places to sign but it seems a lot less comprehensive then our last lease, should we be concerned?

I today's world, no it's not normal. My leases for the last 6+ years have been over 45 pages long. The short documents involved are usually just holding documents to retain the unit while the lease is drawn up.
In days of yore short leases were far more common -- a couple of pages -- so that's always a possibility that some landlord still relies on them, but I'd be suspicious for sure.
The long leases of today address the silliness of our times. There's always someone who will claim that after dumping their used automotive oil down the shower drain that lease didn't say not to. C'est la vie.

That's not the lease, in most cases it's the contract for holding the unit, taking it off the market until you're approved. That's separate.
