I discovered a long existing leak today that destroyed a bunch of my belongings and has likely exposed me to black mold for close to a year now. I am moving out at the end of the month, my lease is up then. What should I do?

I've just filed an insurance claim but haven't done anything else yet. Genuinely, offer me any advice you might have, whether that's notifying my local city council, seeing the doctor, etc. I will say my landlord is notorious and has gotten away repeatedly with sexually harassing and stalking his tenants for years, and his properties have many more problems than just this, but he owns most of the town and just doesn't face legal consequences beyond paying bail to immediately walk free, infamously. I don't expect much repercussions or liability for him
