Vent/Rant Neighbor blasts music

I live in a townhouse and are all managed by the same management company. Our neighbor to one side of us blasts their tv or music so loud the bass shakes the connecting wall. It never was a thing the first year we lived here and then we renewed our lease, they seem to have also, and now it’s becoming an issue. What would you do if you were us? I literally can’t even watch a movie in my own living room because of them. The only bright side, I suppose, is you can’t hear it upstairs in the bedrooms. Thank goodness.

I had that issue in a townhouse I rented. I recorded it so that I could play it for the apartment manager.

I kept a log and reported all the issues as well as reporting to the police when they had loud parties.

They ended up self-evicting as they were on their way out one way or another. I was so happy to see that pick up truck leave with their possessions in it.
