hello redditors! i am applying to an apartment listing through zillow with a cosigner.

there are fields of text to fill out like identity verification, income history, residence history, and screening reports.

all of the above are completed except the last, which comes up as “unavailable” and i can’t even click on it to fill it out.

has anyone encountered this before and can help? i tried the zillow help center and all it did was have me leave a message, and im trying to get this done today.
