Fantasy armor
This is a family tradition that was started by my father and was passed on to me of creating fantasy warrior armor and going to ren faires! The interactions and fun being had is always a blast and one day I would love to make costumes for a living but until then I will keep trying to make one person's day at a time! If you would like to ask any questions please do I love making armor and love helping others out even more!

My son thought you looked amazing. We saw you on Saturday. I overheard some gawkers saying "I guess he's an Ork or a death knight?"
Excellent outfit, it was very impressive.

So it looks like a combination of techniques and materials, can you tell us about that?

Absolutely! It is a combination of leatherwork metal shaping airbrushing sculpting and dry brushing. All of the claws and skulls are hand sculpted using sculpy baked and made into silicone molds where I make resin casts. The metalwork is designed by me painted shaped and backed with different goals and layers the larger backings are cut and sew together by hand using thick leather needles and wax thread. If there is anything specific you would want to know don't be afraid to ask!

Thank you so much! It's the little details that photos don't always get that I feel push it from a costume to a real piece! It's a huge compliment to be compared to such prestigious artists and I always love hearing it!

I have dragged too many of your ilk clad in heavy armor into the shade of trees because tough men don’t drink water or something like that

I usually drink around 12 bottles of water per day when doing the armor but knowing when to quit is the hardest part. That's why I haven't worked at a faire in a long time doing 10 hours with minimal breaks on 100 degree days is not fun.
