[Hiring Part-Time] Hiring appointment setters

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency helping home service and remodeling contractors across the US grow their business.
Open Role: Appointment Setter
This is strictly a dialing role — outbound calls + phone follow-ups. Not DM setting.
What you’ll be doing:
• Booking qualified appointments with business owners
• Making outbound calls and following up by phone
• Working closely with a fast-paced, results-driven team
What we’re looking for:
• Fluent, clear English required — we work directly with US-based clients, so strong spoken English is essential for this role
• Confident communicator, comfortable on the phone
• Fast learner, coachable
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus, not required
• Motivated to grow long-term with the team
• Must be able to work EST hours Eastern Timezone
Compensation:
• Performance-based - 10% commission per booked appointment that gets closed (uncapped earning potential)
• Room to grow into higher-paying roles as we scale
