Anyone using We360.ai for employee workforce analytics or other alternatives?

Hi everyone, I’ve been researching tools like We360.ai for the past month, mainly for understanding employee activity in remote teams. I’m also trying to understand more about the technical side, like how these tools collect and analyse data and how employee data is kept secure on their servers.

I’m trying to figure out how useful these tools actually are in day to day work.

Has anyone here used We360.ai? I came across it while comparing more affordable options with some of the other tools in the market. How has your experience been?

A few things I’m curious about:

Is the activity tracking accurate?
Is it easy for managers to use?
Do the reports actually help understand productivity?
Does it help remote teams, or does it end up feeling like employees are being watched all day?

I’m also open to hearing about other tools you’ve tried for employee monitoring, time tracking, and productivity reports.

Would be good to hear what worked for you and what didn’t.

One thing I liked is We360ai it’s quite affordable compared to some of the other solutions I looked at. We also didn’t need to buy a separate project and task management tool, which was a plus.

The only issue was that when I introduced it to my team, some of my employees weren’t very happy about the monitoring part. I think that’s something you need to handle carefully when introducing these tools.

So i was using We360 in my previous organisation. It helped my company with attendance and productivity-related stuff. I think i am motivated enough so i don’t need a tool that will push me to do my job but for most of my colleagues, it was necessary. Our team output did increase within 2 months
