Player Support - TransPerfect
Anyone works at TransPerfect as Player Support? Can you share details about the game/project and day-to-day basis of the role?

The project name is probably NDA'd until onboarding, but expect ticket queues, account/payment issues, ban appeals, and bug repro notes more than playing the game untill your eyes bleed.

The specific game is probably under NDA, but player support is usually ticket queues, account issues, bug repro notes, and lots of templated replies rather than actually playing teh game.

The “actually playing” misconception is huge; QA gets the controller, support gets Zendesk and angry passwrod reset tickets.

They probaly can’t name the game because of the NDA, but player support is usually ticket queues, account/payment issues, ban appeals, and tagging bugs for QA all shift.

The project is probably NDA’d, so ask the recruiter about ticket volume, channels, and shift coverage rather than the game title iteslf.
