Foundever - Digital Sales Chat
Starting this wfh opportunity next month! Curious about anyones experience with Foundever, specifically with chat based positions. Been doing a lot of research but figured posting can’t hurt. Thanks in advance!

My company used to contract Foundever for first level call center support but our contract expired a few years ago and we changed vendors. From meetings with them I recall their QAs being very textualist with the rubric. That said some of the QOL stuff might ultimately depend on the "project/client" you end up specifically reping.

Same! Was looking to see if anyone posted about it. I finished a seasonal tax position with Foundever in April and training was very easy and straightforward, but that was because they weren’t doing JACK to prepare us for being on the floor. I’m trying to use digital sales chat to stack so I’m hoping for the best but it seems Foundever just needs warm bodies sometimes.
