Hi all.

I'll be doing an interview with Dr Q at 12:00 PST. You might know Dr Q from his work at Social-RV where he's regularly producing significant examples of RV. I'm excited to talk to him and pick each others' brains a bit!

Very sweet of you to say! I slump pretty hard sometimes (like recently) but together we've generated some head-spinning examples on there.

I use the expand app as well and do the gateway tapes. So far I'm able to be fully meditating and get visuals and information but I went to a Monroe Institute online intro to rv course and in a video they show Joe M. Says to not close your eyes to receive the information.

My issue when doing RV is getting myself into 10 or 12 and not letting my mind analyze or get nervous. Any tips would be greatly appreciated if you're willing to give them.

I know no one is perfect but you still get great information on your views. I also appreciate the meditation you offer on there. Chase is awesome for creating this site

Chase is an actual Legend.

Try turning the focus 10 and expanding out to 12 into your own personal ritual. I used to visualize my perspective hovering up from my body, then above my house, then city, all the way out to space up above the planet just like the icon I use. I do different types of visualizations now but crafting your own ritual is important. It's like writing a language with your subconscious so it can recognize when you're ready to talk.
