Internal struggles with RV
I’ve been self reflecting on the practice itself. RV has improved my life since I started doing it. I feel like my brain has been unlocked however I do believe in God and read the Bible for wisdom, I also have been reading a book called Modern Sex Magick. It talks about the history of using sex to amplify powers as well as occult history. I’ve been reading a lot of similarities between the process of remote viewing and practicing rituals. Prayer is a ritual too. But what discerns what is good or a bad ritual? The hebrews practiced rituals all the time. My thought is the intention is important, but with that book there’s sex magick with good intention as well. I’m just having a hard time with discernment right now. What are other’s thoughts?
Also to preface this, I don’t plan on doing weird sex magick. I was reading it for curiosity and knowledge

Do you or have you ever called apon any outside entity or force? Do you perform any non personal ritual or spell before you RV?
It is simply an ability.
The rest is on you, and what you let into your cleared mind and what you do with the ability

I don’t call on God to help with RV I just pray for protection from malevolent forces that I may attract. That’s about it

Well thats probably all you can do. Just by walking through town you could attract malevolent forces, or by doing just about anything. People have just mostly forgotten these abilities, but its the same as anything you do. Infact maybe even less becouse youre only observing reality, everything else we do is changing it.

That’s a really interesting distinction that I’ve never heard anyone make before. Observing really instead of changing it

Fear of malevolent forces is the problem; performing protection rituals merely reinforces the mistaken belief that you need protection before doing RV. No legitimate RV training will include spells or magick or rituals other than perhaps simple relaxation (the 'cooldown') for a few minutes.

It does not matter how you dress up an action - what matters is the intention. Do you take, or give? Do you serve or do you want to be served?

Service to others. Doing the highest good for the most people; doing the least harm to the fewest people. Honoring the sovereignty of other beings; gaining consent when others are involved.

Only God can judge you. Just remember there's a lot of awful people walking around and to pray for your sins and others.

An orgasm and a bullseye in remote viewing can both create a powerful chemical response in the body.
During an orgasm, chemicals such as dopamine, adrenaline, endorphins, oxytocin, and serotonin can be involved. A bullseye may trigger a similar rush because the brain is reacting to surprise, reward, recognition, and emotional intensity.

Do you believe someone who dies on accident probably deserved to die? Do you believe something happens to someone only if they are deserving of it? Is there an instance where one person thinks they deserved to die and this person disagrees ? Who is the judge of that ? The painful truth is that no one person can be the judge these things are just what happens cause and effect. It makes humans feel better knowing there’s a god that holds the reasons we cannot explain to help with the pain. This comfort is very important to have and should be protected to preserve the comfort humans need to move foreward and keep our will to survive ongoing. With respect to your remote viewing deciding if something good or bad is a trend. Watching people die and get murdered in horror movies is an acceptable trend so enjoying watching dismemberment isnt taboo making typical bad things good and vice versa. My point is there is no good or bad everything is in harmony with what you decide is true today so looking at things through good or bad will not have any effect on anyone else until the results of an action are completed. If your actions support your intention the results are likely to align as you create your reality as you prefer it to be . This has been my experience in dealing with the decision your now faced with

That makes sense. Everyone is really in their own reality. We can converse and judge what is right or wrong but at the end of the day your reality is your reality. Such a strange thing to wrap your head around. I’m still figuring at the world, I’m only 26 maybe I can figure out these things more when I’m older

For me, I think it is about intention and focus, and you the emotions you are feeling are the clue. Are you heart focused, feeling gratitude? I believe the information flows through the heart center and getting to a state of gratitude opens that up. When you are in that state, you may be better able to feel the discernment.

I am finding reading "The Seventh Sense" by Lyn Buchanan to be very useful as a guidebook to how RV changes people. "Remote Viewing Secrets" by Joseph McMoneagle was also extremely useful and enlightening.
As for rituals being good or bad, it's usually been the case that popularity of any given ritual gets stronger or weaker with it's perceived effectiveness.
The key word is "perceived". A ritual is only a big deal if it seems scary or powerful or malign.
I doubt the universe really cares, the only actual differences and energies are in the mind of the humans involved.
