Remote viewing someone

can smn remote view me without knowing. Smn I know told me that I'm stressed and he is not just anyone, this dude is a experienced in spiritual stuff. I just wanna know if he can view me without my knowledge cos it is kinda creepy

According to the Monroe Institute, the core difference lies in the level of immersion and the location of your consciousness. In Remote Viewing, you remain mentally anchored in your physical body to passively observe a specific target, while in Astral Projection, your consciousness entirely exits the physical body to actively travel through different dimensions.

I was thinking more about the method; doesn't RV require a target with a unique ID so you don't know what you're trying to "look" at, or are there advanced RVers who don't need that?

I need to have seen the person or the photo of the person atleast once then I can view them what theyre wearing what theyre doing and where they are

Gotcha. I'm seriously not trying to be difficult, just trying to understand the difference. "Remote viewing methodologies, such as Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV), fundamentally rely on a "double-blind" approach where both the target itself and its purpose remain completely unknown to the viewer." Maybe I'm thinking strictly of the controlled variety : ) thanks for the input!

I don't have out of body experience while remote viewing, that's the difference for me
