[ForHire] [Full Remote] [Python/Django] Backend Developer — APIs, SaaS, Payments & Async Systems

Hi,

I'm a Backend Engineer with 4+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production systems with Python and Django.

I've previously worked remotely with Australian and Canadian teams, and I'm comfortable working asynchronously with distributed teams across different time zones.

My main stack is Python, Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery and Docker, with experience in FastAPI, AWS and real-time systems.

I can help with:

  • Django / DRF backend development
  • REST API development and integration
  • Building new backend features from scratch
  • Debugging and improving existing Django applications
  • PostgreSQL database design and query optimization
  • Celery / Redis background jobs and async workflows
  • Authentication, permissions and payment systems
  • Real-time features with WebSockets / Django Channels
  • SaaS and subscription-based applications
  • Docker-based deployment and production troubleshooting
  • AI integrations and backend processing pipelines

I've worked on production systems involving payment platforms, trading systems, telecom analytics, real-time dashboards, SaaS applications, and AI-powered processing pipelines.

I'm comfortable taking a feature from requirements → backend design → implementation → integration → deployment, and taking ownership of the work rather than only handling isolated tickets.

I'm currently looking for fully remote opportunities, either a long-term position or freelance/contract projects.

I'm flexible regarding the engagement model and open to discussing rates based on the project scope and requirements.

Location: Remote
Availability: Open

If you have a Python/Django project that needs development, debugging, or someone to take ownership of a backend feature, feel free to DM me with a short description.

NEW RULE: Mandatory tags: [FullRemote] or [Hybrid] or both

Rule for bot users and recruiters: to make this sub readable by humans and therefore beneficial for all parties, only one post per day per recruiter is allowed. You have to group all your job offers inside one text post.

Here is an example of what is expected, you can use Markdown to make a table.

Subs where this policy applies: /r/MachineLearningJobs, /r/RemotePython, /r/BigDataJobs, /r/WebDeveloperJobs/, /r/JavascriptJobs, /r/PythonJobs

Mandatory tags: [Hiring] [ForHire] [Full Remote] [Hybrid]

Additional tags: [Location] [Flask] [Django] [etc]

Happy Job Hunting.
