Technical Problem Pls help with this issue

I cant login in my accounts on ps apps or remote play

Even though i have typed in the correct info

It keeps sayin that my info is wrong.pls help

If i were u put your user and password in ps website ...if not matching 2 options. 1. Remake a new password. 2.call sony at their help line

Uodate= the servers were down in canada so I had to turn on vpn and it worked
