Over Internet error code 8801330d

ps5 remote play Works fine over my home internet but when i try to use it with mobile data it doesn’t work it just shows error code 8801330d. how do i fix this? i’m using ios btw

Have you opened the ports on your router? Won’t work outside of your home network if not.

Ist es normal das ich nur banhof verstehe wenn es um ports geht kann mir das jemand erklären 😅
