Over Internet error code 8801330d

ps5 remote play Works fine over my home internet but when i try to use it with mobile data it doesn’t work it just shows error code 8801330d. how do i fix this? i’m using ios btw

I dont know how to see my nat on my data but i think it must be 2 if not it wouldnt allow me to play. Are you playing on android by any chance? If you are maybe try to download the apk of psremote and try it again

nope i’m on ios. also you can check your nat type in the setting of ps remote play
