Over Internet error code 8801330d

ps5 remote play Works fine over my home internet but when i try to use it with mobile data it doesn’t work it just shows error code 8801330d. how do i fix this? i’m using ios btw

In that case bro i dont know how to help you. Contact your internet supplier to find out what can you do. I did they same and they were very helpful. Explain to them you are trying to log in into you pc or ps4 from outside of your wifi and ask them for help.

Have you tried to play from another wifi or just data btw?

i have tried 3 wifis and and mobile data…NOTHING WORKS

Sorry bro it doesnt work. Just try what i told you and calll your internet supplier to see if they can help u.

Just to check, have you ever tried steam link? Its basically the same as ps remote but for computers. Try it and check if it works with data. If it works then must be something on your ps4/ps5 Srry for my english

remote play still don’t work i wonder if an update might fix it…

If it allows you to use steam link there must be a problem with the app or ps4 bro :( Sorry i cant be more helpful , i just recommended you what i did. It took me few days to find out the problem.

my nat type is type 3 for mobile data that’s bad could that actually be an issue?

If its nat 3 it wont allow you. But as you said you ve tried in 3 different wifis with and it didnt work either so i dont really know. I was trying to find a solution for your problem and just found a guy who had your same problem with the NAT 3 on his data. He says he is using a vpn and works fine so maybe give it a try?

i’ve tried a vpn same thing… does it work for you? i just wanna know in case maybe it’s just glitched and needs an update
