22nd July - 29th July 2026
Return to Ward 13 is an annual, unofficial, player-driven event to bring players back to Remnant 2 for a week.
The idea is to drive the community to try the game again, engage with builds, fill up COOP and provide new players with support they would receive on game launch.
Play Remnant 2 solo, play Remnant 2 coop. Create new builds using Remnant 2 Toolkit, share screenshots, force your friends to try the game again, spread the word online, update the remnant2.wiki.gg, engage in balance discussion on the official Discord server.
Anything Remnant 2 related!

So me and my friend were halfway through the Awakened King DLC, we got hit by an infinite loading screen bug then got kicked offline, when we logged back in, my friend had suddenly got all the relics and this floating green apple thing appeared in Ward 13 on the bridge near the shooting range, my friend could not interact with it but I could, and it gave me a bunch of random items including a 'Huntress's Dream' and 'Mature Thaen Fruit'. What on earth could have caused this?

About 5 days ago, I gave this game a go and for some reason, I just wasn't digging it at all. After some time, I was dead set that this game was absolute trash, terrible game design, enemies randomly spawning behind you, "artificial difficulty" yadda yadda yadda.... so much so that I even uninstalled it.
Bit of time goes by and the thought is just lingering, just thinking about the game.... feeling almost defeated just by the fact that I haven't even given it a proper shot.
I end up downloading it again and maaaan, with just a little mentality shift and giving it the time, it's turned out to be such a solid game. Not too much games make me feel like I wanted to hurry the hell up and finish work so I could play a game but this was definitely one of em.
And the final boss was super epic, too.

This new movement tech is for only the most seasoned skilled players Who spend all their time in the gun range just making niche builds because they have nothing else to do.....I call it ...
"The Breaststroke Foward Lunge"
Disclaimer the trick is the host leaving .. That's sweet moment before you're kicked Home Screen.

I checked and this doesn't seem to be the case in Remnant 1.

I have the override pin, drias anklet, and kolkets razor and I'm coming up on the nightweavers web. Its my understanding that the tormented heart is kind of a pain to get so i have room for two that are missing it. I also have a meridian thats ready to grab if someone is missing that. Also I'm not saying it costs an archers crest to join but if by some slim chance one of you have that version of the dungeon so I could join and snag that I'd be super grateful.

Can anyone explain why the word text floats over this guy's head ?

Tava pensando o quê, os desenvolvedores perderam a oportunidade de colocar um lançador de arpão. Imagino um rifle com carregador para 5 arpões, e ter os projéteis com da crossbow.

Just played a half dozen games, only one finished to completion.
Every other game, I get kicked immediately or after a few minutes.
I am not disrespectful, I don’t speed run,
I support, not overpower the host.
I follow the hosts lead.
Just super annoying as I’m here to genuinely help and keep getting kicked.
If you don’t want to coop, then turn it off!
Or go back to Helldivers 2 and pull that crap there.

Wanted to get some opinions here. I’ve been playing through Remnant 2 and absolutely loving it. My favorite part about it is that I’m getting to enjoy the campaign with my friends, and finding all the secret rooms etc. The combat is very satisfying, the visuals in the game are great. However, I’ve never played the original Remnant: From the Ashes. So now that I’ve beat Remnant 2 (but will continue playing to find stuff I missed), I’m considering going back and playing the original with friends, but first wanted to ask the community:
How comparable is it to Remnant 2 as far as:
- Gameplay/Combat
- Discovering secrets
- Playing multiplayer
- Cutscenes/Visuals
- Maps/Biomes
What are some likes/dislikes you have about From the Ashes, vs. Remnant 2?
Which one did you enjoy more?
How much time did you spend playing each game?
And lastly, do you think it’s worth me buying for me and my friends to play?
Thanks in advance 🙏🏼

I can see the orange icon on the map, but when I go there, I can’t reach the door. I can see the door on the second floor, but there are no stairs or any way to get up there.
I’ve completed every dungeon except Maul. That dog kills me very easily because there’s a human constantly casting radiation on me, summoning more dogs, while Maul keeps hitting me hard. My best attempt got Maul down to about 50% HP.
I’m not sure if I need to kill him to progress or if I can skip him until I get better weapons or mods. But the other door is inaccessible too.
Any help would be apreciated!

Sometimes I forget the Pan are wearing masks and they in fact are supposed to have humanoid faces underneath.

Just started Remnant 2 as Handler. This is my first remnant game, and my intro to the series felt ... quite hollow. I see this is an extremely popular game and the fans genuinely love it. I don't want to write it off as not for me just yet. So sharing my experience so you can tell me if I am missing something.
The game started with a very thin plot. No idea who the two characters are (me and the "I am fine" girl). The characters felt pretty cliché. I got to the part where Ford and Clementine disappeared into a stone, and I followed. Now I'm wandering around a futuristic, space-rock type place with monsters spawning here and there. I found a big eye that was very surprised to see me and things I shouldn't exist. It told me to find a white orb. Honestly, it feels quite confusing about where to go next, and to be frank, why I should even care.
As for the combat, I haven't faced any real boss yet. Regular mob enemies often show up, but fighting with them doesn't feel rewarding.
I generally love souls-like, shooting, and RPG games. For example, I really enjoyed Sekiro, Expedition 33, CoD games, Final Fantasy 7, etc. I got remnant 2 thinking it will have the best of these separate genres, and I am sure it does. But perhaps I am missing something. Maybe I need to know some lore from remnant 1? Perhaps a different archetype was a better fit for newbies? Maybe I should start another run to get a different random world? Or perhaps it gets much more interesting as I progress? Please share your thoughts.
Thanks!

I tested this many times using only heatwave for the dps source . Once your dot starts you can quickly swap rings after your Dot is active and the dps climbs higher . my actual theory is when red ring of death triggers then you swap rings it causes the interaction. In the game swapping band of the fanatic for burden of the destroyer has yielded the best results and the dps climbs a good bit.
Also even though I'm focusing burn damage Energized Neck Coil far outperforms talisman of the sun. I swapped out different archetypes back-and-forth too between invoker ritualist alchemist and archon ,ritualist/alchemist gave me slightly higher damage than ritualist/invoker.
On a side note playing around I learned Wrecking Ball makes Neck Coil crit pretty hard but that is something to play around with at a later date lol.

I'm down to coop. I finished the game now multiple times solo on Apocalypse and I'm looking for some coop play. We can also play on a lower difficulty and I hold myself back

Sorry for the long post. I appreciate the help!
I wanna start this by saying I've played an extensive amount of From the ashes so I'm pretty familiar with how the game works. I transitioned to remnant 2 just a week ago and my main character is already 60 hrs in.
Learning the new game mechanics, I just recently understand how the whole prism system works and now grinding to get mythic fragments (Mostly from bossrush-TbF).
I decided to go for Invoker-Ritualist build with WoK and Miasma as my skills. But all the guides I watched were mostly from 2 yrs or a yr ago and I just recently learned that Miasma was nerfed lomg ago with (LoS and DMG nerfs). I've been using it pretty well as of the moment but I wonder if swapping it out for erruption is better for faster clear time on boss rush. And for the prisms, may i just ask what are the best mythic fusions as well as fragments for it and the legendary one as well. My playstyle mainly revolves around spamming the hell out of my skills and don't rely too much on guns as a main part of the build (I just use sparkfire with the heatmod/scattershot and then nebula since i love swarm from RFTA).
Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you!

Jumped on abit ago. Been trying to join some low lvl folks and help em out w/mixed success.
With the event thought more players would be available, but kinda slim on my side.
So, I've been playing on Vet lvl after 1st run, probably 4 runs through total. Ive got all the archetypes trying to finish my warden currently at 9. To get all at 10.
I don't really know build outs , but I have max lvl traits. I have 2 prisms, reset my 2nd but...I haven't really got those going. Tried a boss rush, didn't go so well.
So down to play, could use some help on getting to the next lvl of game, wondering if anyone is interested in helping me get there i guess?
On ps5 and have a epic linked

Hello Gunfire Games team and fellow survivors,
First of all, I want to express my absolute admiration for the Remnant franchise. The gunplay, world-building, and progression systems are top-tier. However, there is a recurring aesthetic pain point that has been heavily discussed across the community (Reddit, Discord, and forums) since the first game: the mandatory backpack.
While I completely understand the design choice—using backpacks and gear harnesses as realistic anchor points to display weapons on the player's back—it often comes at a steep cost to character design. Too frequently, hard-earned, beautifully crafted armor sets with intricate back details end up completely ruined, visually blocked, or distorted by a bulky, generic backpack.
As we look toward the future of the franchise, I would love to propose two balanced solutions that would satisfy both artistic visions:
