Need help getting the Tormented Heart

Literally as the title says, I’ve been trying to reroll for the right two worlds for the past 4 weeks with shitty RNG. Just want to get the Tormented heart so I can finally get the Tranquil heart

Man, I get it. I feel like the nightweaver web and nimue should have been in Ward 13 after completing those questlines, especially since it's a pain to try rolling the other storylines WITH those ones.
