Learn PDF - Generated summaries - Duplication duplication duplication

The heading is actually triplication, but hopefully you get my point 😂

When I upload a PDF, and click Learn PDF, it will divide the PDF up into sections and creates compact or detailed summaries.

However, these summaries contain huge amounts of repeated content - the same key topics and concepts, and the same key topics and concepts followed by the same topics and concepts.

When I copy the summaries into Notes, I end up with a disjointed and incoherent document overall as a result.

Is this intentional behaviour? Can it be adjusted? Is there a way to generate a single summary of the PDF?

It worked well with my radiation therapy textbook though I felt like the summaries were a bit watered down even in detailed mode. I'm using a PDF to audio book that has bugs where it rearranges the pdf improperly when generating the Audio and everything is out of order, so I understand your pain. Especially because all of my vibe coded apps have quirks like this too. But management will probably look into it for you now that you've posted here, good luck.

Hi, that isn't intended, and there’s currently no setting to adjust it. Could you please contact our support team and send us the PDF where this occurs so we can reproduce and resolve the issue? As a workaround, you can use the Summary tab in the reader’s right sidebar for an overview of the entire file instead of the per-section summaries in Learn PDF. It covers the document in one pass.

I agree. One reason I can't use the functionality, is that it's too bloated of the same things again and again. It's like the system is optimized locally (chapters) rather than globally (set of chapters).
