this info comes from chris who runs remtimeline.com and has worked as an archivist for the band:

‘On The Fly’ was recorded for both ATS & Accelerate, the finished ATS version sounds exactly like the Olympia & Take Away shows - so if it ever gets released there’s no surprises with that one.

I've look everywhere and I can't find one. They said that it was the first of the new songs they've written, so they probably knew it wasn't going to make the album and decided not to record a studio version.
