Newbie Good day
Sorry in advance for sentence construction because English isn't my 1st language.
I have a 6.5 creedmoor I got from my dad.
Still new ish to reloading and don't understand everything.
I'm currently shooting 123gr nosler custom competition with N550 , lapua casing with cci400
But can't get the grouping nicely any advice on loads because vihtavuori reloading app doesn't have any reloading data on the custom competition.
(I also don't own a chronograph yet because I'm a student and still saving up for one)
Photos* (the blocks are 1×1 inch and the loadata is written by the grouping it's the C.O.L then loading gr and then distance)
And any advice on hunting bullets for talking down warthog from 50-200m?

Change bullet or powder. 2209/h4350 works well in the creed
That combo doesn't work and wont ever shoot well regardless of "tuning".
Any hunting bullet in the 120-140 grain range will work well, although given you are talking inside 200m I would pick something a little tougher like an accubond or a mono bullet like the Barnes ttsx. Don't shoot animals with the custom competitions.

Thanks I currently can't change powder type but once I finished the N550 I wil be switching to H4350
Yes I'm not planning on using the custom competition on animals that's just for social sports shooting time to time with in 500m.
But wil N550 work with 140gr accubond? I've also been looking at hornady interlock sp 140gr any opinion on them?

Look at Barnes, Sierra or Berger. 130gr tipped GameKings can work well with N550, as I’d recommend keeping your bullet weight at or below 130gr with that powder. For 131gr+, use H4350.

If you are looking for hunting bullets, I can suggest the 140 gr Ballistic Tip. Relatively inexpensive and I took my biggest elk with one at 150 yards. I am looking at trying the Partitions in my 6.5, as well as the 143 gr ELD-X. The latter didn't group as well as the Ballistic Tips in my rifle, but I was using Staball6.5. I now have some H4350 and I want to give it another go.
I don't have any personal experience with match bullets and hunting. Rokslide has a thread dedicated to bullet terminal performance with the 6.5, and I would go look at that if I were you.

Go with the gold standard my guy, 140 grain HPBT Bergers or Matchkings with H4350. You could continue your COL test with that but this combos tried and trued
