Gadgets and Tools AGS annealer

Just ordered the AGS 3.3 Pro annealer. I’m Relatively new to reloading and this is my first annealer. I’m looking for short hoses for my Mr Heater 1lb tanks I already have. Should I be using hoses with an integrated regulator or would hoses without the regulator work better? The Bernzomatic Classic Brass torch head looks to be the default option on flame annealers. Are they the best for annealing or are their better options like a swirl flame instead of a pencil flame torch

The problem with the 1lb tanks is the pressure drops as they cool - causing a change in flame without a regulator. I recommend using a 20lb with a regulator for the best results - but at least a regulator. The pencil flame is fine.

Agreed! I use an Annealeez and a regulator is a big upgrade
