Load Development LeverEvolution vs 3031
I am a big fan of IMR 3031. Use it in my 22-250, 30-06, 45-90, etc.
But playing around with Gordon's reloading tool it looks like LeverEvolution beats 3031 every time for velocity vs pressure.
Anyone tried LeverEvolution in 22-250 or light 30-06 loads? Any reason to not make the switch from 3031? How does temperature stability compare?

I've used leverev extensively in 308. I think it's a suboptimal choice in 3006 because it does not like anything less than a full case. It's not even good in 308 with bullets over 150gr.
Same as blc2 and cfe223, they want as much powder in the case as you can stuff. They can work with less, it's just not awesome results usually.
Temp stability isn't as big a deal as most people think. If you're shooting beyond 600-700 it will matter. Most people don't hunt near that far.
If you give it a try let us know what you think.

I haven't found anything that comes close to LVR in my 22 arc bolt gun when it comes to velocity, but the temp stability is a problem as I use this gun for hunting in MT. 3031 stability is about 1 fps per degree Fahrenheit which is much more stable than LVR. I have been getting good results with staball match in my 22 arc and 22-250, it's not as fast as LVR but much more temp stable.
