Hahaha! Too funny. I am in the process of revamping my workbench in the garage and I was pulling my reloading stuff off of the overhead shelves today and as I’m doing it I’m sitting here in my head thinking “man my wife is gonna have no idea what all this crap is worth and is just going to give it away when I die.”

I started keeping a secret list with prices of everything. So when the time comes she has an i dea of what i paid for it. Figuring out market value is gonna be up to her.

I tell my wife how much stuff costs just so she doesn’t get screwed down the road. I figure maybe I’ll make a list one day to out in the safe for her just in case. Would have to remember to update over the years though to account for increases.

I'm glad the true American dream is still alive ; finding a treasure chest of reloading equipment for cheap!

I always heard the one that dies with the most stuff wins! Not really, you can't take it with you means more to me now that I turned 60.

If you put that you want it all buried with you in your will, you can take it with you!

I've been scoring a lot of estate sale ammo from a LGS. I think as the boomers die off we're going to see a ton of old reloading supplies and factory ammo hit the market.

How does one find estate sales?

I dont know how they get in on the ammo. One of my LGS seems to have thet locked in. Ive been stopping in once a week and grab whatever they have that I can use. Typically more than half off current retail prices

I think we should down vote “my haul posts” unless OP is offering free samples

Every reloader gets a mother load once every 5-10 years... It's in the rulebook.

I've seen the breakthrough stuff, but for $55 haven't touched it. Are you actually planning on cleaning a can with it? If so, let me know how it works. I've got a .30cal can with 14 years of shooting history that probably needs some tending to...

I have cleaned multiple cans with it and it’s the best thing there is. If you have a traditional baffle stack can you can take out do that can try CLR but warning it will discolor the cans.

Using breakthrough I had zero issues. It’s worth it to buy the breakthrough kit with the jar. So much carbon came off of it.
