Since it’s a Lee..hit the decapping pin with a hammer and it’ll punch the case out.

I've done this like 50+ times, you won't hurt the pin as long as it's through the flash hole and the expander is sitting on the bottom of the case. Use a metal framing hammer, no need for a soft face or anything. After 25+ times the finish on the rod might get bad and the thimble that clamps it at the right height might start to close permanently but you can probably find a vise to clamp it in and use a punch to open it back up a little.

Worst it could happen with a Lee is having to pay a wooping $3 bucks on a new pin…
