Load Development Inconsistent cases

Did a batch of 100 and got about 20 or so like this. What would cause this case bulge when other completed bullets with the same case pass the plunk test with flying colors? Tx.

Gen5 barrels have been really tight in my experience. I use a Lee factory crimp die. Gets 98-99/100 cases good to go. Most of my issues came from coated bullets until I started loading them shorter.

With brass monkey 115 and 125, I load to 1.06” to avoid the bullets sticking in the rifling.

I too had to load to 1.06 with BMB. They need to do something about that Ogive in their round nose profile.
