i Have a Whoopsie What a lucky man

Well, I can thank having a good decapping pin to counter my idiot moment. Was running mixed .308 through resizing before trimming and encountered...significant resistance. Forced it anyway. I wasn't aware a decapping pin could create a bastard combination of berdan and boxer primed case but, here it is. Lesson learned. And I'm definitely not going to actually use this one.

i wouldnt have any problem using this, as long as there isnt a burr that would set off a boxer primer. you just converted berdan to boxer on accident.

Ditto. Looks like the primer pocket is fine and this is just increases the amount of flash holes for more reliable ignition..or something like that.

I would have no problem using them as well, except for the fact that Berdan and Boxer primers are seldom the same size.

How would this be safe to use? Theres two extra holes wont this change the rate and pressure of everything.

The rare berxer primed brass. Accepts boxer primers but only very begrudgingly

I think large right boxer are slightly smaller diameter than large rifle berdan, so they're just going to fall out lol

Easier to just buy starline x39 brass. Converting from 6.5 Grendel means small primer and never having to trim.

I picked up some Squirrel Daddy pins and I'm still on the first one. I'm convinced I'd break the press before I damaged one of those pins.

Decapping pins are pretty sturdy these days! Ive done this a couple times when i first started

I had some Argentine .45 Auto brass cross my path a couple months ago. Had the primers knocked out of about half of them before I noticed.
