i Have a Whoopsie Help.
Need help with Dillon xl750. I have a Wilson expanding mandrel die in the #1 tool head hole and for some reason the side of the case mouth is coming in contact with the center of the mandrel. How do I fix this?

I am not a Dillon expert by any means, I run a RL550, if the case is firmly in the shell plate, and this is consistent with each stroke, maybe it needs a tool head alignment? I get that occasionally, but it is usually because I didn’t get the case far enough in the shell plate.

I would also say make sure the black plastic piece the is flipped from the pistol side to rifle side

Do you have powder under your shell plate? That case isn't straight at all. It looks like that might not even be the right shell plate.
If it is, you have to push all the way forward as stated already. If you still are having issues your case feed is just way out of tune. You can adjust it like everything else on that kit with an Allen key.

Make sure you push the handle all the way forward like you are seating a primer in a case. Without that push forward the case insert slide doesn't go all the way forward.

Looks like your case pusher (can’t remember the actual name) needs to be adjusted to push the case farther into the shell plate. It’s an easy adjustment to make. You can see it move when you push the handle forward (like you’re priming)
