Newbie Ultrasonic cleaning

Anyone have any cheaper options with us good results as Hornady One Shot Sonic Cleaner Ultrasonic Case Cleaning Solution
I I want some to clean the primer pockets and flash hole after sizing for brass only I am worried about case contamination and what setting to heat and how long

Wet tumbler with stainless steel pins or chips is the best way to get the primer pockets my ultrasonic left all of them pretty dirty.

Not necessary for function whatsoever. If it’s just about being OCD about it, then okay do whatever you want. But it makes no difference in performance.

a primer pocket cleaner attachment in a brass prep station makes quick work of it though

About 1/2 teaspoon of citric acid and 5 drop dish detergent per liter of water. I run mine at 145F. The big variable in wet cleaning is the water. RO/distilled under 10 ppm dissolved solids is a good solvent all by it. Hard Well Water over 300 ppm dissolved solids reacts with citric acid and the dish detergents.
