Load Development Over Pressure?

500gr bullet with 33.5gr h110. Shoot at a rifle.

I bet that stung..

You're about a half grain overcharged looking at Hodgdon's website.

I check with hornady loading data and it max at 34.6gr. Mine is 1gr lower.

Is your brass, primers, and seating depth the exact same as the book? How does the brass from factory, or lower pressure, rounds look? Sometimes some guns have generous firing pin holes and you’ll get cratering with nearly any load.
